Up and down and in the end it’s only round and round and round -Mississippi- 2008
2,90 x 3 x 2,70 m
Built up with 22 linear metres of perspex rods, this installation is a miniature reproduction of the Mississippi River and its main tributaries. Floating just below the surface, all the rivers form a wide-ranging transparent network, both abstract and organized, like the veins of an absent relief. Echoing the work Inframince (Mont-Blanc), this installation shows an impossible 360° view point.
